Amazon's AI strategy has two tracks: Bedrock (the model marketplace) and Nova/Titan (proprietary models). Amazon invested $4 billion in Anthropic, making it the primary infrastructure partner for Claude deployment. Bedrock provides access to Claude, Llama, Mistral, Cohere, and Amazon's own models through a unified API inside the AWS VPC.
